Eelco Dolstra bf1db9d2ab * Set the MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME variable to point to Firefox so that
MonoDevelop can browse web pages.  (Maybe this shouldn't be done in
  MonoDevelop but in a higher-level wrapper.)
