nixpkgs/pkgs/applications/science/math/scilab/default.nix
Eelco Dolstra eeed10ba8e * g77 -> gfortran throughout. Got rid of the separate
expressions/builders for Fortran.  Tested by building Octave with
  gfortran 4.3.
