Rename ‘boot.systemd’ to ‘systemd’
Suggested by Mathijs Kwik. ‘boot.systemd’ is a misnomer because
systemd affects more than just booting. And it saves some typing.

Changing portmap by rpcbind on nfs services.
That could make rpc.statd work.
Patch by Rickard Nilsson.
I'm not sure we need that netconfig file in etc.
